Wet & Forget Moss, Mold, Mildew, & Algae Stain Remover Multi-Surface Outdoor Cleaner Concentrate, Original, 128 Fluid Ounces

I have been using this product for years. As long as you understand that it does not offer immediate results, you will not be disappointed. Yes, wet AND FORGET. Come back in a couple of weeks or so, and provided that it has been properly applied with time to dry (5 hrs) before a rainfall, and there have been some periods of modest rainfall in the days/weeks following the application (or you return to spray with clean water), the surface will be clear of green, black and other colorful mildew and algae growth. I have used this product on wood of all kinds (PT, painted or untreated), cement, masonry, aluminum and fiberglass surfaces, all with very good to excellent results. It has not harmed any of my extensive landscaping vegetation. I use it with a long-distance garden hose sprayer to cover my entire tile roof in FL, as I stand on a ladder at the edge of the roof. I have been doing this for years with great results. It can be expensive, but when you consider the labor involved with using alternative methods (pressure washing) I think it is worth every penny.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Amazing! Love this product. I use a garden sprayer to apply to my 3-rail vinyl fencing and in a couple of weeks it looks great. I just spray on after sun goes down and that is all. I might have to follow up with a second spot treatment but the time it saves in cleaning once or twice a year is such a relief. I also use on my white metal roof to keep it clean.

This item works great I used it for moss and siding cleaning , moss I would do 2 coats, but for siding it works best with pressure wash and then apply that’s how I did it and looks so clean

Worked as described. It did damage all the flowers that wer nearby. Nothing in the directions said anything about this.Made my wife sad.

Takes it time to work…but does. Much quicker toapply than it takes to pressure wash but results take longer. In certain cases may require a 2nd application.

I've used it for years and Wet n Forget works. It just doesn't work fast. I balance price and convenience, but if I had larger area to treat, I'd put more emphasis on price.

Did a great job turning my vinyl and aluminum siding from green back to white. It works over time, about four weeks in my case, but as advertised no scrubbing or rinsing needed.

I’ve often used this on my paver patio. Yesterday I tried it on my screen enclosure. The frame and the screens had a bad case of mold/mildew. Pleasantly surprised, it worked great.
