easy to swallow, 100% energy
I was waiting for the results of these pills. I feel much more energetic. They're very easy to swallow and don't smell like anything. I really liked them.

This is a great supplement for anyone.
This is an excellent product, especially if you live in a cloudy environment. I live in Washington state and I find myself being slightly depressed because of the lack of D3 due to limited sunshine much of the year. Since taking this, I feel much better the K2 is a great additive. I recommend this for everyone.

Advise
Gave it five, but after researching that dosage it might be excessive for normal supplementation. I take it occasionally because of mg. I haven’t taken a blood test or been told by a doctor that I m low in vitamin D
