Q: Are these speakers any better than the older 3020 speakers, if so in what way?

Have just upgraded from 3020 to 3020i. There is a difference but it's quite subtle. It won't exactly blow your socks off, but the 3020i spkrs do sound noticeably more vivid and have more detail. Not sure it's enough to justify the upgrade though.

Q: are the speakers wireless and can you control the volume on your television with them

These speakers are not wireless, and they have no power source. They need to be connected to some form of amplifier.

Q: Can these plug into computers, phones and TVs?

These are normal speakers that use twin cables on each one to fit directly into a powered amplifier so I don’t think they will meet your needs. If your tv has powered outputs for speakers then you may be ok. These can be identified at the back by looking at 4 terminals that would accept speaker cable.

Q: Anyone listened 3020i along with Wharfedale 220? I have the 220's and i feel the voices and trebles a bit veiled. I feel some sounds are missing

I am using the 3020i with a different amp, however I was not happy with the treble sou d either. I removed the covers. That helps a little. Also, it seems the speakers need some break in (or I am getting used to the sound). Now they are Ok to me.
