The media could not be loaded. Tap is defective. Water is leaking from the tap. Video of the tap is attached. As of now amazon accepted the replacement. I Will update the review after receiving the replaced product.Update :-Defective product replaced and there is no water leakage. Rating updated to 5 star from 1 fro replacement no questions asked.

I had high hopes for this **sink tap**, thinking I was investing in something **sturdy and reliable**. Oh, how wrong I was! The moment it was installed, it had the audacity to **break on its own**, like it couldn’t handle the sheer pressure of existing.**Build quality?** Nonexistent. It felt like it was made from **recycled aluminum foil** rather than actual metal. A gentle turn of the handle, and boom—**snap, crack, disaster!** No force, no rough handling—just an innocent attempt to use the sink, and the tap decided it had had enough of life.Now, instead of **flowing water**, I have **leaking disappointment** dripping from the ruins of what was supposed to be a tap. If you're looking for a sink fixture that’s more delicate than a **soap bubble**, this one's for you! Otherwise, spare yourself the agony and buy something that actually functions. **Zero stars** (if that were an option).

I review this Product after a month,It is a Very Good Flexible Tap, Working Fine,Easy to Install, Quality was Really Good, a bit Heavier side,My Mom Likes it.The Only minor con I noticed,That is Normal Water output was Slower side,The one Con I noticed, it comes really Low Water pressure,it comes really Slow.Otherwise Overall Good Tap according to this Price point.No leaking at all,Everything is FineHighly Recommended Product.

Super addition to my Kitchen Sink
Loved the look and feel of this product. It is the perfect addition to my kitchen sink for its flexibility. The neck is flexible and can be moved all around to clean the sink and wash dishes.The two modes it has are to adjust the flow of the water, the shower mode and the simple tap mode by simple turn of the tap head.The product adds a good touch to the overall look of the kitchen as well. Overall a good investment and value for money.
