Preacher Bicep Curl Bench - Height Adjustable Steel Home Gym Curling Support with Barbell Rests Rack

For the money this is a great preacher bench for my garage gym.Took about 15 minutes to build, very easy, though no tools, you'll have to use your own adjustable spanner.A quick note. On the description it says the seat is adjustable, it isn't, it's set in place. Not a problem though, I'm 6ft and it's a good height.Also, the knobs for adjusting the height of the pad and for the bar rests are simple screw in ones, not the quick release spring ones found on higher end equipment. Again, not a problem as I'm the only one using it, so won't be adjusting it.Description says it weighs 120kg. It obviously doesn't. I can move it around with one hand.Overall great buy.

Quicm and easy to assemble, however has a few out falls.Overall quality ia goos, but a tad unatable. With 50kg on the bar, the main bad shifts left and right due to it it only being secured with a single screw adjuster. Its minimal but.its enough to throw you off if you arent expecting it.The bench could also do with a pair of feet at the back, rather than a single strut. When unracking the bar the entire bench feels like its going to tip over.The only other complaint is that the padding is somewhat hollow. After first trying the bench and getting heavy, you can feel the underlying wood drive into your sternum.Those points aside, it seems adeqeute for home uses.Delivery was extremely quick. Was estimated 5 days but showed up in one.

Super fast delivery. Sat -Monday morning! Sturdy but very light! Very confident in its build quality. Would be better with a straight bar rather than a 4' curl bar.Would have added a couple of pics, but will not load?

This is solid and a great value for a preacher curl bench. Very happy with this purchase.

Expected it to be a bit nasty as it is quite cheap for a bench today. It is a little nasty. Adjustments are a bit of a pain but that might not matter if you are the sole user. The basic issues are, it is not that stable (tried to tip me off backwards the first time I sat on it), and the bar supports just get in the way of the exercise and potentially your hands despite me making use of all the available adjustment. On the plus side, it doe enable you to do preacher curls if you don't have any other alternative. So, it's OK for the price....maybe.

Sadly a big no. Can't be used with a curling bar due to the posts being too close together. Also, far too low, far too unsteady unless bolted to the ground. I'm lucky, I have a cutter & welder, otherwise this would be useless.

For the price, this little machine works pretty well. Pretty good quality considering. However, not meant for heavy weights, though, and it can get a little unstable. The great thing is that it takes up very little space.

Sturdy so far. The distance between the hooks isn't sufficient. You have to be careful when you place the bar on the hooks as you will damage your hands.
