Delivery
Ordered this and was told that the item would be shipped within 3 days.I had a delivery within the 4 days but I received one carton when the box stated 2 cartons. I messaged the seller and had a response within a few hours. The item came in two separate deliveries which I wasn't aware of. I messaged the seller and they explained my other package was in transit and it arrives a day or two later. The instructions wasn't very clear as I had 3 books which all said the same thing but didn't give complete building instructions fortunately I'm an engineer so it wasn't an issue but if your unsure or haven't got an engineering mind it could be troublesome.Once the complete unit was delivered and I'd put it together the kids love it. It's stronger and sturdier than I was expecting and the over all quality is high. The customer service is great and the product performs well so can't really fault them. I'll give 5 stars because the item is exactly what I wanted but if anything it worried me when I has half a delivery then got another later.. typically I got the second carton which is the guard and the safety net wish I'd got the actual trampoline first as the kids was very disappointed when they thought they could go on the trampoline but really they couldn't because it was the safety net.Over all would use the seller again if needed.

EASY to put together
Easy to assemble and a surprise for my twin grandkids 10th birthday - would have given 5 stars - BUT in product details bullet points it clearly states that 'WIND STAKES' are included in the package - MISSING!Hopefully you can rectify this omission

Kids love it and so do I
It’s a good strong sturdy trampoline which has a really good string.It will take two people to assemble and a bit of grunt when adding the springs but that’s to be expected.The pegs don’t come with it but when I bought this Amazon had a link to them on the page and the are the right side for the trampoline.

Ground anchor pegs
All good apart from no ground anchor pegs included in the package. These had to be ordered and paid for separately despite the initial specification saying they were included. All other components were fine and assembly was relatively straightforward.

Easy building
It’s looks fantastic the only little gripe is that we had to wait for both parts to be delivered as only one box was delivered separatelyWhich is not good and sure it was a picking errorBut other than that great

Great for kids
With the high winds we had last week our was being blown away had to put bricks in a black bag to secure it . Otherwise it’s lovely kids love it
