This pillow I bought expecting the soft goose down feel, my head won't make a even a tiny dimple in it! So I decided to make 2 soft pillows out of the down.. down? Wiry feathers and lots of fill! No wonder you put a heavy cover on it and the worse part is the charge to return something that wasn't my fault! I already had to save money to get it and being bed bound I was so excited about something so nice...

Fast shipping happy with the esthetics of it. It was nicely wrapped in its own bag . I purchased this for a brother of mine with Autism for him to have a comfortable pillow where he would be at a group home temporarily but the person kept it and never gave it back when my brother left 25 days later. When I went and asked for his pillow he pretended he didn’t know what I was talking about and gave me a cheap pillow my brother was given during his stay. What can I say? My brother is non-verbal. Be warned: if you’re going to but an expensive pillow for someone, use nail polish to write on it.

Sorry but the reason for a goose down pillow. Is the softness. This pillow is as firm as a foam filled one. I will have to send it back or remove some of the fill?
