Empty bottle
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He opened it on Friday 10th Jan 2025 and discovered the 10ml bottle was empty! We are both extremely disappointed with this, especially as it was a gift. The set is boxed and was suitably packaged for shipping therefore either:a. The 10ml bottle was always emptyb. The bottle is faulty and the contents subsequently evaporated.How can this be rectified? Must I return the boxed set? If so, how do I proceed?Kind regards,Patricia Sneddon
