I purchased this product after reading about how it helps to increase your energy level and to leveling out your hormones. I want to start out by saying that I did not experience any side effects. I used mostly for pre/post-workout shakes; I add 1/8 teaspoon (you can add more if you wish) to my protein shake in addition to spirulina. This routine has helped me to have the necessary energy to endure rigorous workouts at the gym! I notice that I don't feel as tired when I drink it after working out.In addition, I used it religiously during my preparation for the bar exam and I strongly believe that it was helpful in helping me focus, and to have the mental stamina to endure 2 1/2 months of grueling studying.
