I buy this soap because I love the scent. My shower is white so I get white. This soap will coat everything in white film along with hard water oxidation. Beware. But it smells good on your body and the deodorant element works.Also, Dial started scooping out 20% of the bar many years ago. from the top it looks like a full sized bar. Flip it over and it is concave. If they could make a hollow bar of soap I am certain they would. It is misleading and outright theft but I like the scent so I buy it anyway.

The hospital I had my surgery at recommended that I use Dial soap the evening before. They said it was antibacterial. All I know is I like this soap very much. It lathers very well, has a decent scent, and best of all it is not made by Unilever. Dial soap is much cheaper than Unilever products and it is just as good. This soap does not leave a film in one shower or tub. I recommend it.

Dial soap is the only soap I have used in my 67 years. Love the smell, how clean it makes me feel and not over drying. Also love that it is antibacterial. I just can’t understand why the price has tripled. A bar of soap should not be expensive.
