This brand leaves me feeling shaky and sick the next day like a detox kit. I've used another brand once before and probably should have stuck with it. I question the authenticity of this bran due to the lack of beet flavor which leads me to thunk this is a bag of fillers rather than powdered beets. On the other hand I do have to use the restroom frequently after drinking this which makes me wonder if the other brand is legitimate as beets detox the body and frequent urination is a symptom of detoxing.
