TESSIN iPhone 7 Adapter and Splitter, Dual Lightning Port Headphone Apple Audio and Charge Adapter Accessories for iPhone 7/7 Plus

When I first received this, I tested out my lightning cable headphones in it and they worked, so I left it be until I needed it a few weeks later. Turns out, only one port works at a time. Plugging a charger into it doesn't charge the phone no matter how many ports are being used. I can't even use it as a headphone splitter because only one pair of headphones works even if 2 are plugged in. Worst part is, I didn't realize this until the day after the return date had passed, so I feel jipped because I can't return it, either.

Worked only a few times (and not very well). It is within 30 days of purchase and I've only used it a handful of times. At this point it does not work at all and I would like to return it. Not sure if I had a bad one or if it is simply bad craftmanship. Its too bad, because the design is nice and really slim.

I'm a little surprised and curious about the warning on the back of the package, I.e. You have to connect the earphone to the splitter first before you connect the splitter to the iPhone. No idea why but I followed just in case. It is also a bit sticky when first plugging the earpiece into the splitter but it works - I can charge my phone and listen to the music at the same time now

Purchased this to use at the office so I could charge and listen to music at the same time. It worked perfectly for about a month, but after a month of use every day, I keep getting a message saying the device isn't supported by my phone. Also, it goes in and out of working while I'm using, and my music will randomly start to play through the speakers of my phone instead of the headphones that are plugged into this splitter. Super disappointed, I had such high hopes because of all the positive reviews.

Plug in the power and it charges. Plug in the headphones and you can listen.Plug in both and who knows what you'll get. Will you be able to hear? Will you be able to charge? Will you get a "device not compatible" message?If you can figure it out you're smarter than I.Not recommended.

Worked only 2 days, now stop.I couldn't get the music to come out of the headphones when it was connected to this product.

I've been trying to get this thing to work since I got it . If I wiggle it a little , it MIGHT work. Charges slow, and not dependable . Sometimes I give up and just let me phone charge without listening to music. Sometimes I'll get it to work, and it'll stop charging or the music will stop playing randomly .

Absolutely does not work for attaching a external compatible connecting storage unit to play movies. Apparently, only audio and not video is accepted . Strangely, direct attachment of the compatible video unit source does play the movies. Why this extension cord transfers music but not video is strange.
