Roomy & Tough
I am very happy with buying these bags. The suitcases held a lot and when I dropped the 21" into the airline measuring box even though it doesn't expand it was at the maximum size for a carry on bag. The large bag held a little more than it could carry which was nice also. I had a luggage scale so removed extra weight and put in other bag. Had one scuff mark and a little plastic piece broken off and that is all the damage which is extremely good for me. The broken piece is small not necessary and easily replaceable just need to contact manufacturer. In 7 years this is my 4th set of luggage plus another suitcase so the minor damage was a relief. Plus it wheels amazingly easily was able to wheel 2 suitcases thru the airport one handed steering exactly where I wanted them to go.

Waste of money !!!
The option to use the lock was not helpful. The suitcase did not remember my combination code and locked on me. I had to go on YouTube to basically find a way to get it unlocked. After one hour I got it unlocked by learning from YouTube which means anyone can get it unlocked. The first time I used the suitcase the wheel popped off. I'm on vacation with the suitcase and now I am missing a wheel. I am highly disappointed and Infuriated. I wasted my money which I am not happy about. Also the zippers on the inside of the suitcase broke off, they were cheaply made and also the zippers came unzipped as well, which have my clothes all over the place ! This suitcase set did not live up to the standards I thought it would. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Amazing deal, amazing luggage.
I was worried these were going to be real thin and flimsy for the price, but it's not! These are great, lots of room and pockets. Plus they can lock to a personalized code.

Great product and great service
We are very happy with our purchase. This luggage is very light weight, but durable. Very easy to maneuver through the airport. After one use the threading on the zipper inside our carry on bag was coming undone. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement one. Great customer service!

Fairly disappointed. Bought these for a cruise and the handles ...
The suitecases aren't very heavy duty and the handles are not study either! Fairly disappointed. Bought these for a cruise and the handles would drop down as your walking with the suite case for no reason. Unhappy

Nicely priced, nice luggage at first sight
Nicely priced, nice luggage at first sight, easily rolls. I have not used them for travel yet but nice at first site, I must admit they are REALLY lightweight.
