Wooden Bento Box, KOSOX Japanese Double Layer Wooden Lunch Bento Wooden Box Wood Food Container (BDH6)

This box will hold your lunch. It will do it with great proportions. It will do it handsomely. It will do it and then be easy to clean afterwards. It will not stain if you spill juice on it.I bought one for my boyfriend so he would be enticed to start taking lunch to work, and it was a total success. He gets compliments on it from his friends all the time -- I've sent out so many links to this little guy -- and I'm ordering one for myself too :)

This style of bento box appears naturally warm in a soft light wood, with plenty of room to fit my lunch. While I typically make bento from scratch, a combination of leftovers works fine so long as you are mindful of condensation and have a secondary microwavable surface. Two sliders or a larger hamburger cut into halves easily fits into the bottom. No leaks, even when knocked over. In the beginning it does have a nauseating paint smell that ruined my appetite. That went away with continued care, but is the reason why I'm only giving 4 stars.

I bought BDH9 because it said 800ml capacity but it is actually only 500ml. So much disappointed. Want to return this. I don't need this small useless box. Unfortunately I measeared the capacity by water, I can't return it. So much regret. :(

So pretty. They stack securely and they are a nice size for my lunch.

Despite the size being rather small for an adult to be not hungry for the whole afternoon, I keep using this Bento Box because it makes food look very tasty and authentic (Japanese, that is). You need to take care of this product better than a plastic box, but this Bento Box deserves the special treatment.

This is a great and authentic Bento Box. You can use it as a bento for lunch, but it is also just a great box that you can keep you favorite things in, or jewelry. It is made beautifully. Well worth the price.
