Easy to use, I would recommend

As I believe I grind my teeth in my sleep I wanted to try a cheaper version of a night mouth guard before I paid my dentist for one. This product comes in two sizes the larger one was way too big for my mouth but the smaller one appeared the right size, following the instructions the first attempt failed, the guard didn’t mould to my teeth, back in the hot water as per the instructions if it isn’t snug but that also failed. I used the large ones to experiment with how long to leave in the boiling water for, too long and it twists into itself and not long enough it isn’t pliable and won’t fit onto your teeth. My final attempt also failed, the guard is very loose and saliva collects in it after just a few minutes (yuk sorry). I guess you get what you pay for, not sure if it’s a bad product or I just had a bad batch, but there is no way I could sleep whilst wearing this product.

Great item. Bit fiddly to use so the 1st one i tried turned out wrong and couldnt redo properly even by folowing instructions.2nd one worked great and is comfortable to wear at night.Great value for a few in pack and much cheaper than spending £200 from the dentist

They didn't work for me,that is only a personal opinion they are easy to fit,quite comfy, but made my mouth feel full and I didn't get on with them, again this is my personal opinion

I wouldn’t recommend these. The box contains two sizes. I prefer to wear a night guard on my top teeth. The largest available size is still rather tiny and doesn’t seem to fit securely, despite following the instructions. I’ve woken up a few times with it in bed next to me. Seems like a potential choking hazard if it’s not staying in place during the night. I’ve previously bought a much better option from Amazon but unfortunately did not save the box to repurchase.

I bought these for my 8 year old who grinds her teeth badly in her sleep and has done since she first got teeth! I’m normally woken up multiple times a night between the teeth grinding and the snoring (oh my days, the snoring!!!!!)Arrived last night just in time for bedtime. Followed the instructions and for the first time EVER, there was not a peep from her! No teeth grinding, no snoring, no spluttering, nothing. Absolutely nothing!!!The smaller size is a great fit for her.Definitely recommend!!

My previous mouth guard was a dentist issue one which was expensive, uncomfortable and I managed to wear/grind through it in a year. One of the reviews stated a dentist advised them on this mouth guard, so I went ahead.It’s not easy to get the guard to mould to your teeth - I ruined the first guard, the second is better, not perfect, but I want to see how long it lasts and it doesn’t disturb me during the night.Since wearing this guard I am sleeping through the night and I’m not snoring. I like the fact the mould is flat against my teeth and having 4 guards provided is great. Would definitely recommend this product.

This product doesn’t mould to your teeth, I tried numerous times it just made my gums sore and they bled, in the end I gave up. Waste of money.
