Looking for a bread toaster for my son for breakfast，and than this one is really easy，and so fast，not even a minute，love the sleek design and easy to use controls. The long extra wide slots are perfect for bagels and Texas toast. the other thing is it's easy to clean，We are very happy with this stylish toaster，very recommend this product！

The shape of this toaster fits the spot on my counter perfectly. It does a great job toasting my English muffins and bagels. It reheated the slices of banana bread well on the wire supports which pop out on top. The down side is that it isn't wide/long enough to toast two slices of bread. They need to overlap and then part of each slice doesn't get brown.

A really good toaster is difficult, if not impossible to find. This one does the trick but it has some limitations. Knowing how difficult it is to find a good toaster and considering the long slot was a must-have feature, I’m satisfied with this one, even with its limitations.The pros: Attractive stainless-steel look. The slim design is a huge space saver on the counter. The long, continuous slot is great for artisanal breads. Bread toasts sufficiently evenly and the defrost function works well. The warming rack is a really nice feature, easy to use, and really works.The cons: Not all sections of the heating elements get equally red-hot, meaning bread may not toast evenly. When toasting two slices at the same time, depending on the size of the bread or bagel, it may be necessary to toast them separately to avoid overlapping. The outside of the toaster becomes hot after the second round of toasting and even hotter after the next ones, making it better suited for low output (e.g., a single person or a small family). The toaster emitted a strong chemical-like smell the first few times I used it.Design weakness: The “notch” on the dial is nearly impossible to see in low light. This should be considered for a future design improvement.

Love the design for tucking in the corner of the counter and ease of use but it toasts very unevenly. Some of the heating wires inside don't heat up. Some parts of the toast are burnt and some aren't, and that's only on level 3 setting. It'll work for now until I find something else.

The product looked sleek and added to my kitchen decor. Easy to clean. The only issue I have is that you'll never get good toast on the first try. The coils need to warm up in order to toast bread. When we you are making multiple slices of toast it works best on the 2nd and 3rd and so on slices .It needs to warm up in order to do its job best but no complaints no toasters perfect.

I've only had it a few days, so am holding off on giving it 5 stars. So far, I love the look and profile. I was specifically looking for a single, long slot toaster with a small profile since I have limited counter space. A long piece of artisan bread fits perfectly. Toast has been great and having the warmer feature is a plus. Only time will tell how durable it is.

Toasting bread products. The lever to hold down the toast will not stay down to engage the toaster. Seriously... and in such a short time of use. Were a senior couple with no kids here and not a lot of use and no abuse to the item.VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE POOR QUALITY OF THIS ITEM. It's not returnable ??? Why? Have there been too many returns already ? Toasters used to last decades !

I liked this toaster but it only lasted 6 months. It now has a malfunction with the cancel button. It is stuck in the on position which means the toaster doesn't stay on unless you physically hold the lever down until it's done toasting. Conveniently the product support window closed in 6 months.
