ok,1) these things are smooth as ice cream to write with, unless they arent. try running them around on some paper, loosen them up a bit.B) ok, where are the reds? i see like 1. there are a ton of oranges and pinks...and more pinks...3) these pens float on the surface of your pages. i use them to color. i just got  Color Me Crazy: Insanely Detailed Creations to Challenge Your Skills and Blow Your Mind  ...ya, what that thing says...yikes. anyway, they are not kidding. the fine tips on these markers do the trick, let you into every tiny spot. (I bought the new 150 prismacolor pencils, amazing, but they could not do this job)C) um, when i say they float on top of the paper,i mean the ink does. it doesnt soak into the page making the ink go outside the lines..which really bums me out! (but sue, its just for fun remember? ya ya.) *other* markers...bic cough soak into the page, so keep those moving.4) I LOVE these markers, just wish that there were not so many repeats of the same color. the stuff i color is the complicated stuff, like im sure many of you do. even w the 150 prismacolor and the 100 Gelwriters... i run out of colors. if there were only more reds. that would solve everything! lol.have fun w whatever you do with this wonderful set of markers, even the glitter ones are fun in *adult* coloring! =)sue

Received this set of pens and immediately started using them. So far I've found:The pens write the first time.The colors are pretty and true to the barrel color.The "stadium stand" is pretty handy - not too flimsy to be helpful.There appears to be quite a few duplicates - not necessarily a problem except there are a number of colors missing.There aren't any really good browns or tan/camel, etc.The non-glitter/non-metallic don't flow as well (just like other sets I have).I will order the less expensive sets in the future - nice set but not quite worth the price.

I am very Whdisappointed in these gel pens as a number of them have leaked and are now out of ink. Now I am told the window for return has expired. When it was only one I would have ignored it but now I see it is more like 6 and I dont know how many more are to follow.

I LOVE THESE GEL PENS! I have every color include glitter. Perfect for the serious crafter, card maker, or someone who likes to doodle. I love the stadium stand because I can fit it on my shelf and move it to my desk with ease. Great product and price.

a lot look like repeats. and believe me, i took a sheet of paper and drew with every single one of them to see. i'm obsessed with multi colored, coloring. the more options, the better.also. the pens i got said gel writer on box, but new asin put over it saying tekwriter, really!

A ton of fun and alluring colors including glitter and pastels. The stand is a sub-par though - any jostling and you'll find yourself tediously trying to realign 100 pens in their slots.

Best gel pens EVER.....Just started with the coloring books for adults....and these are fabulous!!!

I am still looking for a set of gel pens with a true red! lots of duplicates here, but they are fun to play with. I would not buy this set again, though.
