Do not buy!
PSA - I am appalled with how GBC Tires treats their customers and the poor quality of their tires.I purchased a set of 37x12.5x17 Kanati Trail Hog tires a couple of months ago based on my history with the Goodyear Duratracs. Unfortunately GY does not make a 37” Duratrac tire so someone recommended I check out the Trail Hog since it was a “knock-off” of the tread pattern GY uses.I was hesitant to part with my 35” Duratracs and go with an “off-brand” tire, but I had a great phone conversation with a gentleman at Greenball and he eased my concerns about the quality and reputation of their tires. He also checked inventory levels and helped my find someone that had them in stock since they could not be purchased direct.I told him I liked to buy from Discount Tire due to my experiences with them in the past. He said DT had an account with Greenball and could order the tires, but there was confusion at my local DT about their ability to order their truck tires since it would be a special order. After a little back and forth I ended up purchasing 5 tires from Priority Tire since they had them in stock. I took them to Discount Tire to install and they were up front with me that the tires did not balance well but I should drive it for a bit and come back if I have issues. I also paid Discount Tire for the “warranty” they offer to make sure replacement and rebalancing was covered. They set the tires at roughly 37-38 PSI for the record.Immediately I noticed a vibration in my steering wheel. But I had also just had my Gladiator lifted 2” so I scheduled and alignment to make sure that was not the issue. Park Jeep aligned it, but that was not the issue, it was the tires.I took my Gladiator back to a different Discount Tire location to make sure it wasn’t an “installer error”. The Bloomington location rebalanced the front tires, but said the “Road Force” measurements for the tires were:RF - 13.5 oz of weight but still 105 lbs of Road Force.LF - 6.25oz of weight, 55lbs of Road Force. They explained they tires were “out of round” and it wouldn’t get “better”.Unfortunately I had a long road trip to Utah that week, so I had no choice but to deal with the vibrations until I returned. After I got home I noticed uneven wear so I chalk tested and lowered the tire pressures down to 30psi. I ran that way for a few day but then brought them up to 33 based on forum posts I found for other people that ran these tires.I contacted Priority Tire in an attempt to get the tires replaced. They were a PITA to deal with and very difficult to reach by phone. In the end they wanted all tires balanced again with documentation from the installer and pictures of DOT codes and the tires in general.Discount Tire in Shakopee was great as always and rebalanced the tires and gave me the documentation to share. The whole time they have been noting but polite and accommodating. Especially when considering I didn’t even buy the tires from them. They even took extra time to bring me in back and show me the “run-out” issue with the tire on the balancer and explained the problem. So I sent everything into Priority Tire along with the details I’ve shared in this post for them to submit to Greenball. After over a week of back and forth and almost 3 hours on hold, Priority Tire denied the warranty claim because “the tires were severely underinflated which can damage the tires. These tires should be ran at 80psi and not 30psi.”WTF! I understand the tires are “E-rated”... but who in their right mind would run 37” all terrain tires at 80PSI on a 6,000 pound truck?I tried calling Priority again but gave up after an hour on hold and no response from my returned emails. So I called Greenball to see if they could make this right. I had another great conversation with one of their “sales guys”, Edmund this time. He was very understanding but said that the warranty department would have to take care of it.I called the warranty department and have never been so disappointed with how unhelpful a company could be. After repeating everything for the 5-6th time at this point, she basically told me to pound sand. She told me she was the one working the claim through Priority Tire and that they wouldn’t warranty the tires because I ran them at too low of PSI. After pleading my case that they have been out of round since day 1, she suggested that I could send the tires into them for evaluation and potential replacement. They would pay for shipping. She said if the tires passed their test I would have to pay to have them shipped back to me and that she did not believe they would be covered! I asked what I was supposed to do in the meantime... put my truck up on blocks and HOPE they cover them?!?She got snippy with me and asked what I wanted her to do. I suggested they send 4 tires to the installer of their choice, (I wasn’t worried about the spare at this point) have them replace the tires and verify the tires going on were good. Then they could send back the bad tires to Greenball. She basically accused me of trying to take advantage of the company and treated me like I was trying to pull something over on her.She then suggested I buy another set of their tires and if the tires tested bad when they got them they would reimburse me. I pointed out that I was not willing to “double down” on my mistake of buying their tires and that this is not how a customer should be treated. I did NOTHING wrong. I didn’t yell or swear at her. I didn’t damage the tires and try to sneak something past them. The tires have been an issue since day 1 and I have 2 separate installers and ASE Jeep mechanic that can attest to it.I told her she obviously wasn’t going to help me in a manner that gave me confidence I would be satisfied with the outcome and further frustrated. I told her I would be better off cutting my losses and making sure as many people as I could knew of my experience with their company. So that is why I am here.I have wasted SO much of my time and money on a defective product and a bad company. Sorry for the long and drawn out post but I wanted to be as through as possible so I had a full documentation of my experience online for future customers to reference. Please do not do business with Greenball Tires. They are not a good company and do not stand behind their product. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. I should have known better than buy a “knock-off” tire, but hopefully this post will save someone else from making my mistake.

The best Value, great tire and worth more than the asking price.
I actually purchased 5 of this tire in the 37×12.50 r17. Value is outstanding, I have had these in my jeep wrangler jku about 5k miles now. They are quiet for a large aggressive tire. These have very good traction in the rain and the snow. I live in Maryland and so far this year we have had 3 small snow storms that I have had to drive in, these tires performed very well in all conditions. I have ran these snow covered roads performing snow removal for the past 20 years. This is a good tire, though I am not plowing in my jeep I am commuting I feel safe and relaxed to be honest. Some A/T tires and most Mud tires are terrible on asphalt in a light snow or heavy rain you have to be ready to counter steer and make corrections due to sudden loss of traction. With the tread sipes along with the AT pattern these have been great. Looking forward to getting them on the beach this summer. I would be willing to bet once aired down these will perform on the Maryland and Delaware 4x4 beaches

WARNING egg shaped tires
Turned out that these tires have been nothing but a problem. Paid 160.00 to mount and balance these tires. One of the tires is not true and has caused my truck to vibrate. Also decreased my gas mileage. Why spend more money to get a refund for 1 tires that already has several thousand miles on it. Less Schwab will replace the whole set in this situation. Not recommended. I'll use the tires on my rock crawler and get some better quality next time.

Great tires but more like 36”
Great tires for a great value. Put on a jeep wrangler jkur. Working awesome in the snow so far, way better than my mud terrains and way lighter, Quieter. Would’ve been 5 stars but Only downfall is they measure 36.25” or so nominally.

One isn’t round
Got a set as a gift, have had them on my truck for a couple months and they looks great but one of them is not completely round and causes a very bumpy and uncomfortable ride.

Two thumbs up
Great tire, worth every dollar, Compared to tires that cost twice as much. Smooth, quiet, and sturdy, with great tread pattern. They are a true E rating and hold up good under my diesel, tire measurement is 36 inches and 35.5 on the truck with weight. They do have a slight balloon look, not squared like some others, thats on a 9 inch wheel, might be different on a 8. They have a thick wheel protecting lip that will prevent wheels from rock rash.
