Not what I expected but costomer service...wow
For me personally wasnt as expected.****However plan to 5 star based on customer service skills being top notch.*UPDATE within 24 hours expect Rose to fix any issues what so ever. My pins wouldnt stay locked in etc and here they are. Already on how to improve the products

Not getting what I paid for!!
What I paid for was a spreader bar ankle and wrist cuffs.. it only came with one set of cuffs!! WHY?

Great quality and value for price
Extremely heavy duty. Without too many details, I can break anything as I'm 6'7" 250lbs. This thing though holds up to even me. š No cheesie buckles, all built really well.
