Love the fabric on these. They are well-made and fit well. I ordered Large and have a 34" waist. Wife also loves these on me. which makes them a plus! The hole /crotch in front is totally open so everything is exposed. Material is soft and doesn't irritate or chafe. A definite buy again!

Actually quite comfortable even though they are a little tight. No issues with the cutout on the front, even though I am fairly well endowed.

These were bought for fun and playing and the wife loves the easy access! However, they do run small in size so they do feel a little uncomfortable if wearing them for long periods of time, but for adding a little spice in the bedroom, I love them!

I used the size chart to select my size. However, the underwear are slightly too small. I would suggest ordering a size up when ordering. Now as far as the functionality they are great. The wife really liked the "presentation".

It fits good. Too bad i had to get a bigger size to fit my genitalia through the hole, because now the waist is a little loose. But overall, a good and fun item I will combine with another see-through shorts.

If you want to "let it all hang out", this is the pair for you. They are comfortable to wear without pants, not sure about the friction element if worn with pants (don't really want or need to know, either). These are for pantless use only unless you are ok going virtually "commando".

Could be more high waisted, on the plus side this doubles for women's underwear also! (tested) the hole lines up well!
