Very tiny but ideal for refined jewelry pieces. Black fine tip permanent pen works well.
The string is a bit long, but I’m not sure that can be avoided given how small the tag itself is.

Not Nearly As Good As the Original
I liked that I didn't have to buy a super large quantity of these tags. They looked like the original ones I purchased twenty years ago and finally ran out. However, they are not nearly as nice. The thick cotton-looking string looks cheap and is a dull golden rod color as opposed to the original silky, thin metallic gold-looking thread. Plus the string is too long. I have to re-knot each one and trim.

Great hybridizing tags.
These are great for hybridizing daylilies. They are unobtrusive unlike the white paper ones. I use an extra fine oil based sharpie to mark them.Tip on the markers: The extra fine point ink will sometimes not flow onto the plastic tags since they are so smooth. I dab the pen tip onto a piece of paper to get the ink flowing then it marks the tags fine.

Slippery. Hard to write on but Cute!!
Perfect for what I need BUT so slippery its hard to write on even with a sharpie.

Too small
These are very small and one side has some sort of weird texture.
